CEOS Energy SBA observations gap analysis

Analysis of future space-based measurement capabilities of relevance to energy management decision making. This work was done by the Committee on Earth Observations Satellites (CEOS) Systems Engineering Office. Based on their database of forthcoming space observations from CEOS-member countries (primarily from Europe, US, Russia, China, and India), they mapped the observation types to energy observation requirements and then looked at the future availability of these measurements
