Invitation - User Questionnaire for wind energy

The GEOSS process is a user-driven activity. It aims at designing the Global Earth Observation System of Systems for the nine societal benefits areas (Disasters, Health, Energy, Climate, Water, Weather, Ecosystems, Agriculture and Biodiversity) based on the users requirements. Within the objectives of the Energy Community of Practice, we aim at obtaining users requirements for GEOSS to provide the benefits for energy applications.

These requirements are at the basis of the design of GEOSS. In order to pave the way to the future, we need your help. It will take you around a tenth of minutes to fill it, but your help is of tremendous importance.
This wind energy survey will be included in a document that will be produced for the GEO IV and Ministerial that will be held in Cape Town in November 2007. It will be available through the GEOSS-ECP Web site.
